Refund policy

• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a final amount refunded back to the buyer's original payment method.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• To initiate a return, email support@vicsboutique.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Items purchased at full price are not eligible for a post-purchase price adjustment if a sale or promotion begins after your order is placed.
• Items returned from a full-price order cannot be exchanged or repurchased at a sale or discounted price. Exchanges are fulfilled at the original purchase price.
